Description
The Undergraduate Study Programme of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens is a five-year programme leading to an Integrated Master's Degree (300 ECTS), corresponding to Level 7 of the National and European Qualifications Frameworks. The programme provides comprehensive education in electrical and computer engineering, combining fields such as computer science, telecommunications, electronics, automatic control, robotics and energy systems.
The curriculum includes a core programme, specialization courses, advanced study streams, laboratory training and a diploma thesis. The main specialization directions are:

Students may also specialize through advanced study streams including Computer Systems, Computer Software, Electronics – Circuits – Materials, Communications and Computer Networks, Signals – Control and Robotics, Electrical Energy Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics and Physics.

Access Requirements / Progression Opportunities
Admission is based on the Panhellenic Examinations or placement exams in accordance with current legislation. To be awarded the degree, students must successfully
complete ten semesters of study and earn 300 credit units (ECTS). The program leads to a single, continuous degree (Integrated Master’s).
Knowledge
Graduates possess knowledge in electrical and computer engineering sciences and technologies, including electrical circuits, electronic systems, energy systems, telecommunications, signals and systems, computer systems, software, networks, automatic control and robotics. They understand the mathematical, physical and technological principles supporting the design, analysis and development of modern electrical and computing systems.
Skills
Graduates are able to design, analyse and evaluate electrical, electronic and computer systems, develop software and applications, process data, use modern computational tools, apply automatic control and robotics techniques, solve complex technological problems and conduct technical and research studies.
Competences
Graduates are competent to work independently or within multidisciplinary teams in the design, development and management of technological systems. They can apply scientific and technical knowledge to solve complex problems, participate in research and development activities, evaluate emerging technologies and make informed decisions with professional responsibility.
