Description

The Undergraduate Study Programme provides comprehensive education in food science and technology. It covers food chemistry and biochemistry, microbiology, food engineering and processing technology, food analysis, quality assurance, food safety, HACCP systems, food legislation, packaging and new product development. The programme combines theoretical instruction, extensive laboratory education and practical training. Successful completion of eight semesters leads to the award of a 240 ECTS Bachelor's Degree. No official undergraduate study tracks or specialisations are provided.
