Description

Students are expected from the Programme of Studies of Business Administration to acquire knowledge from the scientific fields of Business Management, Economics, and Marketing. Upon completing their studies, graduates of the Department of Business Management will have acquired the necessary knowledge, competences and skills, which shall secure their scientific and professional recognition and advancement in the field of business management. Specifically, they shall be properly prepared to understand and resolve business problems and deal with business opportunities, having acquired knowledge and competences for written and oral communication, the application and use of new technologies, as such apply in business management, as well as of mathematics and statistics, oriented to the application of analysis and documentation of business problems.

Further Information

The Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Business and Economics was established in September 2013 and comes from the merger of the Departments of Marketing and Advertising and Tourism Business Administration. The Department of Business Administration includes the following directions: Business Administration, Marketing and Tourism and Hospitality Management.
The directions of Business Administration and Marketing operate in common for the 1st year of studies and the courses are held in the halls and by the faculty of the Department of Marketing and Advertising.
