Upon the completion of the courses of the curriculum, the graduates of the Department of Business Administration with direction Tourism and Hospitality Management acquire all the specialized scientific and technical knowledge, skills, and competences necessary for their professional engagement with the field of Tourism and Hospitality, Organisations, and Services Management.

Further Information

The purpose of the Department is the promotion of knowledge and research on the cognitive subject of Tourism and Hospitality, Organisations and Services Management in the private and public sector. Specifically, the curriculum of the Department includes courses such as:
- Management of Hotel and Catering businesses and departments of passenger vessels and cruise ships, departments of airlines, maritime, rail companies, etc.
- Supervision and management of the personnel of tourism businesses.
- Catering of hotels and generally of catering units.
- Financing of tourism businesses.
- Keeping of guest accounts (Main Courante).
- Market research for the sale of tourism goods and services.
- Design and composition of a tourism package.
- Programming and conduct of mass transports of persons.
- Preparation of feasibility studies for the establishment - expansion of tourism businesses.
- Development and cultivation of communication skills in a multi-language / multi-cultural financial environment.
